Introduction
Resonance Trio is a Dunedin based jazz ensemble comprised of Will Martin (piano), Craig Sinclair (double bass) and Lee Noyes (percussion/drums). As indicated by the name, our sound is based upon the acoustic interaction between the different elements of a jazz rhythm section: piano, bass and drums. Focused upon the creation of original compositions, our work also includes novel arrangements of standards and extended free jazz improvisations.
Resonance Trio will be launching the Dunedin Jazz Workshop on Saturday May 28 at Isis Lounge Piano Bar. Attached is the poster for the gig.
